Joint measurement session in Lleida
General Assembly M42 to be held in Lleida
The next General Assembly of the STREAMS Project will be held in the University of Lleida on Thursday 20/06/2019. Among other aspects, the assembly will include an experimental demonstration of work packages 2 and 5.
The previous day, Wednesday 19/05/2019, the partners will meet to perform the final experimental tests together.

Two new publications from University of Lleida
The University of Lleida published the paper “Assessement of the impact of non-uniform illumination and temperature profiles on a dense array CPV receiver performance” at the Solar Energy Journal. Also, they participate at the 14th International Conference on Concentrator Photovoltaic Systems (CPV14) with the presentation “Dense array CPV receivers: Impact of the cooling device on the Net PV output for different illumination profiles”.
*With the aim of demonstrating the usefulness of the STREAMS cooling solution in other fields than Microelectronics, and as exposed in the Grant Agreement, STREAMS team assessed the impact in Dense Array Concentrating PhotoVoltaics (CPV) receivers.
Perceval Coudrain went as invited speaker at 2018 Symposia on VLSI Technology and Circuits
Perceval Coudrain (STMicroelectronics), was invited at the 2018 Symposia on VLSI Technology and Circuits, that took place on June 18th – 22nd in Honolulu (Hawaii).
The presentation was titled “Shaping circuit environment to face the thermal challenge. State-of-the-art technologies from low to high power electronics”.
Guillaume Savelli presented part of STREAMS work at the ICT2018
Guillaume Savelli will give a conference, as invited speaker, at the 37th International Conference on Thermoelectrics – ICT2018 (1st – 5th July, Caen, France).

STREAMS Project has been identified as highly innovative by the European Commission
The European Commission has distinguished the STREAMS Project as “Highly Innovative” in the new platform Innovation Radar, a data-driven online tool which provides easy access to innovations supported by EU funding and the innovators behind them. The platform was presented on April’s 10th, at the Digital Day 2018 in Brussels.
